For you

You can practise without an account. Then everything is kept only on your device and nobody else sees it.

If you have an account, the site keeps your nickname (not your name), your passkeys (only the public part), when you sign in and on what kind of device. Soon, your exercise results too.

Your teacher sees this data to help you. Your family approved the account and can ask to see it or delete it.

There is no advertising or analytics, and your IP address and location are not kept. You can see everything in "My data". My data

Free trial and request to continue

During a trial we keep very little: a cookie with a random code that says this device has a trial and when it ends, and the nickname your teacher may put on the invitation (never a real name; it is deleted with the trial). The trial needs the cookie to work, so we do not ask for permission for it.

If you ask to continue, we keep the nickname, one email address (your parent's or guardian's, or your own if you are 18 or over), the email language and the date. They are used only so your teacher can answer. When your teacher decides, the email is removed from the request (if approved, it moves to the family's approval), and the request is deleted after 30 days.

Qué es

PracticaELE es la web de práctica de español de las clases particulares. El profesor quiere crear una cuenta para su hijo o hija, o para el alumno a su cargo, para ver sus ejercicios y ayudarle mejor. Practicar sin cuenta sigue siendo posible.

Qué se guarda

Un apodo elegido por el profesor (nunca el nombre real), las llaves de acceso del alumno (solo la parte pública; no hay contraseñas, ni huellas, ni caras), cuándo entra y sale y con qué tipo de aparato (por ejemplo «iPhone · Safari»), y este correo suyo con su respuesta. No se guardan direcciones IP, ni fotos, ni datos de ubicación, y no hay publicidad ni analítica.

Quién lo ve

El profesor y el propio alumno (en «Mis datos»). Nadie más. No se vende ni se comparte. Más adelante, la cuenta también guardará los resultados de los ejercicios para que el profesor y la familia puedan seguir el progreso.

Dónde y cuánto tiempo

En Cloudflare (servidores fuera de Hong Kong). Los datos se borran cuando termina la relación de clases o cuando usted lo pida; los resultados de los ejercicios, a los 12 meses.

Sus derechos

Puede retirar esta aprobación en cualquier momento con el enlace del correo de confirmación: la cuenta queda bloqueada al momento. Puede pedir al profesor una copia de los datos o que los borre.

Family approval for an account on PracticaELE

What it is

PracticaELE is the Spanish practice website for the private lessons. The teacher would like to create an account for your child, or the student in your care, to see their exercises and help them better. Practising without an account is still possible.

What is stored

A nickname chosen by the teacher (never the real name), the student's passkeys (only the public part; no passwords, fingerprints or faces), when they sign in and out and on what kind of device (for example "iPhone · Safari"), and your email address with your answer. No IP addresses, photos or location data are stored, and there is no advertising or analytics.

Who sees it

The teacher and the student (in "My data"). Nobody else. It is never sold or shared. Later, the account will also keep exercise results so that the teacher and the family can follow progress.

Where and for how long

With Cloudflare (servers outside Hong Kong). The data is deleted when the lessons end or when you ask; exercise results after 12 months.

Your rights

You can withdraw this approval at any time with the link in the confirmation email: the account is blocked straight away. You can ask the teacher for a copy of the data or for it to be deleted.
